What is PRIME MODE?

PRIME MODE is our cognitive performance formula, made for the part of your day when you want to be at your sharpest.

How many capsules do I take?

Three capsules.

When should I take them?

Whenever in the day you want that focus. You can take them on an empty stomach or with food — either works.

Is there a time I should avoid?

Yes. Take it earlier in the day rather than at night: before 6 or 7 pm, and at least 3 to 4 hours before you go to sleep.

Where do you ship?

The United States and Puerto Rico.

How long will my order take?

Orders ship from Miami, Florida, and arrive in 2 to 4 days.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Here is how to find it.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus every method shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. More on payment.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Full return policy.

How do I start a return?

Email info@uplements.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

We replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and the box.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as you can. If it has not shipped yet, we can cancel it.
