What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with every payment method shown on the checkout page. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Your payment is processed over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card number.

I forgot to add something — can you charge my card?

For security reasons we cannot add a charge to your card after an order is placed. Place a second order, or contact us before the first one ships and we will do our best to send them together.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Once we issue it, your bank decides how quickly it appears on your statement — usually a few business days.

Something went wrong with my payment

If a charge does not look right, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
